ADBlue Problems

Trim: 2011 Volkswagen Touareg TDI Sport, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros:
Looks, TDI option, interior build quality, power, large gas tank
Cons:
Limited cargo space, price
Overall review:
After only one day of ownership had problems with ADBlue system, went to the shop and was told it was fixed with a refill of the ADBlue tank. 2 weeks later it had the same issue and spend the next 3 weeks in the shop waiting on parts . Very poor commitment to customer if problems are experienced. I have been very unimpressed with VW of America, they do not run an efficient or customer focused organization. I like the car. I am concerned about future reliability, but hoping that it was just a fluke.
