Great small SUV

Trim: 2010 Subaru Forester 2.5X Premium, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros:
Qucik and nimble. Gas milage exceeds ratings with over 30 highway and almost 24 combined. Wife loves the heated seat that was part of the cold weather package. Cargo area is adequate for two but would probably be pressed for a family.
Cons:
The manual shifter and clutch takes bit of getting used to.
Overall review:
The Forester replaced two vehicles - a 4WD Tacoma extended cab and a Silouette van. It is a great vehicle and provides the convienience of AWD in a comfortable road package. Living in Cheyenne it is a great vehicle to have. Ice/snow traction is fantastic although the first time the traction control "takes over" your sphincter will grip the seat tightly. This is my third Subaru and all of them have been reliable. For the first time since '85 I will not have a Toyota PU in my stable.
