A great alternative SUV!!!

Trim: 2010 Mercury Mountaineer 4X2 Base 4.0L, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros:
The 2010 Mountaneer can turn on a dime. I wish that I had gotten the V8, but the V 6 has enough get up and go for most trips, even in the mountains. The ride is better than Explorer's. Plus the front end kinda has it's own style. It doen't look like all of the rest...
Cons:
The front seating area could be improved. I am 6' 5'' and my knee touches the console.
Overall review:
I would give it an 8 out of 10... For the ride, the people and load capacity and the simple dash arrangements. Plus Sync is wonderful!!
