From the Test Track
The Kia Soul is a small four-door hatchback similar to the Scion xB. When it goes on sale as a 2010 model it will be powered by a base 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 120 hp. A 140-hp, 2.0-liter four-cylinder is optional. Standard safety equipment includes full-length curtain air bags and electronic stability control.
