The ultimate but reasonably sized SUV. Good engineering and great looks.

Trim: 2009 Volkswagen Touareg V6 TDI, Owned 3 years.

Pros:
Turbo diesel economy and speed. Very comfortable.
Cons:
The Touareg needs stronger bumpers front and rear.
It is really too good looking for off-road use although
traction and gears are great for muddy and icy roads.
Overall review:
My 2009 Touareg is the best SUV I've owned.
It is the most comfortable. The rear flat surface
is reduced by the head rests when flat, but then
again, this is not really an off-road working vehicle
but an elegant large and roomy vehicle perfect for
bad weather.
