From the Test Track
The Wrangler has a stiff, but steady ride, with vague steering and low cornering limits. The 3.8-liter V6 delivers dismal fuel economy. Off-road capability remains extremely impressive. Reliability has been well below average. IIHS side-crash-test results without the optional side airbags are unimpressive.
