Small, dangerous little contraption.
Overall review:
According to informedforlifedotorg this is the most dangerous car on the road, bar none. It has a dismal ranking, dead last, of 162.
You can't repeal the laws of physics with clever merchandising.
Govern yourselves accordingly.
