Pros:
Very comfortable ride and plenty of power. Great vacation vehicle for the family!
Cons:
Constant transmission and torque converter problems. Honda replaced the torque converter 3 times by 75K miles. Items were covered even though the warranty had expired. Highway MPG are never as high as the EPA rating. Problems with paint chipping on the hood and front fascia. No automatic headlights was another disappointment. The salesman said Honda was slow to adopt new technology - I had a 92 Buick with automatic headlights, Honda couldn't figure it out 15 years later? Honda has a reputation of being more reliable than American vehicles - It doesn't live up to that reputation in mini-vans.
Overall review:
The ride and comfort are very good. The low highway MPG and the constant transmission problems in this van were very disappointing. Honda may be reliable in engines, but the transmission was a constant source of problems. I had GM and Chrysler vans that had transmission problems, but not until they were past 100K miles.
