Echo Goes the Distance

Trim: 2001 Toyota ECHO 4-Door, Owned 10 years.

Pros:
On 22 May 2011, the 2001 Toyota Echo has 247,000 miles and still runs great. Bought it new. Excluding normal wear and tear items, the only other thing replaced has been the alternator twice. Still gets 38-39 mpg.
Cons:
Headlamps yellow/dim/fog over and makes night driving difficult.
Overall review:
These are excellent cars if they have been a commuter regardless of the total miles. Great mpg, very low maintenace, will easily last 300k and maintain resale.
