Pros:
a 3200 cc engine is just right for the size, so the handling and acceleration characteristics are very good. The air conditioner is very powerful and the interior is isolated from the environment enough to keep the driver and passenger in quiet unimposing comfort. I think the design is very current, and for whatever that's worth it still looks more similar to the current model than competitor cars of the same year. Outside of regular maintenance, the car has been service free. Gas mileage is surprisingly economical for such a large engine. My model is C320 AMG from the factory and I look forward to driving it everyday.
Cons:
I think MB paint jobs fall behind BMW in depth and gloss.I have replaced my gas pump with upgrades for hi-gravity turns.
Overall review:
Mine came with the AMG Sports Package The look is sublime and concise. Good acceleration in Drive, great hand shifting, With McPherson struts and Adjustable Konis the mountain pass handling is precise and commanding. The body sustains sub-tropic humidity and acidic rain as long as you care for it. I have a Polymer Sealant applied and it looks fresh after 10 years. Its reliable and comfortable, sized for tight traffic yet with excellent stability on very tight curves at high speeds. Transmission is absolutely great on steep downhill driving. I am lucky that my tech and repair guy is the best in the region. I know this makes a huge difference.
