Pros:
Reasonable on gas, I get at least 25 and the most 30 mpg's. The tires have lasted me 5 years now and I got the car used. No engine trouble, nice body design and appealing console color. I got my car at VW Commonwealth and HB VW always treated me well during services checks.
Cons:
Useless cupholders, the armrest between the driver and passenger is a bad design, doesn't hold much. Consumes oil, need to check oil level every 1.5K. The brake light switch recalled 4 times, couldn't get out of park 3 times because of it.
Overall review:
Can't relate with the complaints by others, I have much pride in my car since the day I got it 5 years ago. The oil is changed every 3K miles, use 87 gas and rarely allow it to approach empty. It does get serviced every year. No regrets at all, my car makes me smile.
