Fantastic car by Love my Maxima in the Midwest on 09/06/2011. Trim: 1996 Nissan Maxima GLE, Owned more than 10 years.

Pros: I purchased my Maxima new in 1996. I love it and have driven it non-stop. It is comfortable for long trips and has plenty of power on the road. I average 30mpg highway. I now have 310,000 miles on it and still driving it. I have always done required maintenance per owners manual and have used synthetic oil since about 75K miles. I think regular oil changes are the secret to keeping my car running smooth. I am now thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. I think I have gotten more than my money's worth out of my Maxima. I would love to have another one just like my '96.

Cons: It uses premium gas, which in my area is 20-24 cents higher per gallon than regular.
