Great CUV by Lewis on 01/11/2014. Trim: 2014 Hyundai Tucson Limited AWD, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: We owned a 2011and just updated to a 2014. It is a far superior cuv. We ordered just about every option. The kona bronze is gorgeous. The two tone interior is very classy. Although the power is only slightly up in the '14, it can be felt. The interior is much more quiet and the Sachs shocks make a big improvement in the ride. Love the LED lighting. Generally, the interior materials seem better. Rear center console vents are nice. The addition of roof rails with the glass roof is great.. Also like the push button start/stop. This time we added the AWD and we r going skiing in a few weeks. We'll see how that works. The larger nav screen is also good. The blue link is fun and very useful.
Cons: Our 2011 never gave us any problems. It was a trouble free 3 years. We can only hope the '14 is that good. So far only two concerns....the nav instructions in the manual could be better...haven't figured out how to enter the name of an address when I want to save it. I have to gone in a second time to edit the name. I'll ask the dealer. Also, at about 55mph. There is a front end vibration...like an out of round tire. Have an appointment Monday to have it checked. Gas mileage low but would expect that with a new vehicle. I plan on buying this one at the end of the lease. The very large sun roof when open creates a lot of noise. Around town it's fine but not on the highway. Not as bad as 11'.
Overall review: Expect great service from the '14. Large rear leg room. Transmission couldn't be more smooth. The kona bronze appears to have been an after intro color that was added so u won't see many of them. High metal flake content and the two tone contrasting color make the Tucson stand out. We leased it at Johnson Hyundai in Cary NC. GREAT experience...our past service experience has been very good. You can now associate quality and craftsmanship on par or better with the others in the class. And don't forget the warranty!
