The wagon that can't be beat... Get one before they are all gone! by AtlAcura on 06/24/2014. Trim: 2014 Acura TSX Sport Wagon 5-Spd AT w/Technology Package, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Stylish, sporty, handling, all day driving comfort, fuel economy, uniqueness on the road, RELIABILITY, value for features compared to other premium wagons Not a typical wagon look; I like that it doesn't have cladding, wheel arch plastic or faux off-road add-ons
Cons: Only 5 speed automatic (great transmission but a few more gears would help with acceleration and economy). Rear seat foot room, leg room is okay but foot space under seats is a little small
Overall review: The TSX Sport Wagon is a great combination of performance, style, features and value. When looking for a new car I was searching for something a little different that I would not see 500 of everyday. The TSX Sport Wagon has that uniqueness. Compared to other wagons (Volvo V60, Audi Allroad, VW Jetta) the TSX has a style and sexiness that isn't trying too hard and RELIABILITY that can't be beat. Except for the Jetta, spec'ing the others the same as this car would be 7 to 10 thousand (based on MSRP) more plus I was able to walk out the door for under 33,000 total. Yes it only has a 5-speed auto and no full iPhone integration but MPGs are mid-20s(commute) to mid-30s (highway) I may be biased on the reliability part as I've owned 1st generation TSX and RDX and each had 0 problems in the 4 and 3 years I've had them. Additionally, I still have a 92 Integra with over 280,000 miles that except for regular maintenance items has only needed 4 batteries, CV joints and a master cylinder.
