The 2013 Volkswagen CC is significantly refreshed, with extensive new exterior styling that features a sweeping roofline, a low stance and frameless side windows; an all-new front fascia; new bi-xenon headlights and LED daytime running lights; and new exterior colors and wheels. The interior receives a new rear bench seat that now gives the CC seating for five, new adjustable front head restraints, and remote latching for the rear seatback. The two available powertrains—a turbocharged 2.0-liter 200-horsepower 4-cylinder or a 3.6-liter 280-horsepower V-6—are carried over from 2012. Two new trims are also added for 2013. The 2.0T Sport Plus trim features the same 2.0-liter 4-cylinder as the 2.0T Sport, but adds new 18-inch wheels with all-season 235/40 tires and the RNS 315 navigation system; the 6-speed dual-clutch DSG is the only transmission offered. The new VR6 Lux trim is powered by the 3.6-liter V-6 mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive, and adds to the 2.0T Lux a headlight washer system with heated nozzles; a rearview camera; the RNS 510 navigation system with a 6.5-inch touch screen; leather seating surfaces; 18-inch wheels; memory seating and mirrors; and engineered ebony trim.

The sleek VW that turns heads... by An MSN Autos Consumer on 04/11/2012. Trim: 2013 Volkswagen CC VR6 Lux, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: I love the exterior asthetics and the simple, clean interior design. The LED DRLs, adaptive bi-xenon headlights, and the rear alien-like LED CC symbols turn lots of heads on the road, especially at night. The above average premium sound system, 3D view option for the navi, apple-friendly connection via a special compartment, panoramic skyview, interior ambient lighting (screams awesome!), and the sounds generated by the engine+exhaust is clean (be sure to put it on sport mode or use tiptronic for manual shifting).
Cons: It's unfortunate that the panoramic roof isn't retractable, but that's why it's called a moon-roof I guess... No DSG transmission for the VR6; navi is not snappy enough for my taste (i like snappy response, just like my iPhone 4S); the bass on the sound system could be a little better.
Overall review: It's my first German vehicle (previously owned Acura, Toyota, Nissan, and Jeep) and I LOVE IT! Trust me, the car shines best at night when all the lights are on with the panoramic moon roof tilted up. This car isn't the fastest kid on the block, but it sure is one of the better looking ones. ;)
