The Highlander has a cushy ride and a comfortable cabin. The 3.5-liter V6 delivers solid performance and 18 mpg overall. A 2.7-liter four-cylinder is available on FWD versions. The Hybrid got an impressive 27 mpg overall. Handling is not particularly agile and the steering feels vague. The easy-to-use controls and very good fit and finish make the interior pleasant

Wonderful SUV by Kath on 01/01/2013. Trim: 2013 Toyota Highlander Limited 4X4, Owned 1 year.
Pros: this car handles so well, ride is quiet and confortable. I like the fact that you can seat more people if needed or have more cargo space and can make those changes easily. Has been great in snow.
Cons: gas mileage
