Best bargain for an AWD performance sedan by Mike from PA on 03/26/2014. Trim: 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MR, Owned less than 1 year.
Useful?
Pros: The performance. Acceleration (with launch control from a standing start or in sport mode from a roll) is great. Handling is fantastic, the car just plain sticks and goes where you point it. You have to turn off the ASC and try hard to get it to break traction. The 6 speed automatic just about reads your mind in automatic mode and still allows for more fun in manual mode. The performance per dollar value of this vehicle is unbeatable. The seat is supportive and all the controls used to drive the car are in the right places and "feel" right. You can actually fit 3 normal sized adults in the back seat.
Cons: Low mpg for a small sedan and thimble for a fuel tank means lots of stops for premium gas. The interior is really plain.
Overall review: Aggressive looks without being over the top (MR's have the small spoiler) and absolute best bang for your buck performance wise makes purchasing this car a no-brainer if you want an all-wheel drive performance sedan.
