2013 Ford Shelby GT500

The 2013 Ford Shelby GT500 is powered by the most powerful V8 production engine ever, a supercharged 5.8-liter aluminum V8 engine that produces 650 horsepower and 600 lb-ft of torque. The new GT500 design includes front grilles that generate downforce, an aggressive front splitter, a new quad exhaust system and two new wheel designs. Also new for 2013 is an optional Performance Package with SVT-designed Bilstein electronic adjustable shocks and a Torsen limited-slip differential. A track package can be added with external engine oil cooler, differential cooler and transmission cooler. The 2013 Shelby GT500 is capable of a top track speed over 200 mph.
