2012 Porsche Panamera Hybrid

The Porsche Panamera S Hybrid is the new hybrid version of Porsche’s 4-door performance car which is powered by a 333-horsepower supercharged 3.0-liter V6 engine combined with a 47-horsepower electric motor incorporated between the engine and the 8-speed Tiptronic S transmission. The combined output of the hybrid system is 380 horsepower and 428 lb-ft of torque and electricity is stored in a nickel-metal hydride battery pack. The Panamera S Hybrid achieves an EPA rating of 22 mpg city/30 mpg highway. The Panamera S Hybrid can operate in electric-only mode for short distances at speeds as high as 46 mph.
