The 2012 BMW M3 gains as standard equipment an anti-theft alarm system, floor mats, and iPod/USB adaptor, Bluetooth and BMW Assist. The former Convenience Package and Premium Package 2 are now combined into a single Premium Package, and a new BMW Individual Composition Package is offered, which includes the buyer’s choice of three unique metallic exterior colors and three unique leather colors, as well as Piano Black interior trim. The M3 is offered as a coupe or convertible for 2012, but the M3 sedan is not longer available.
