The 2011 Lotus Evora is powered by a Lotus-tuned 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 276 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. The Evora S is powered by 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 350 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The Evora S includes a standard sport pack with a sport button that allows the driver to change the throttle response, activate the exhaust by-pass valve, and change the dynamic stability control settings. The Evora offers the Intelligent Precision Shift (IPS) option with an automatic 6-speed gearbox with Lotus transmission control that allows the driver to shift between manual paddle shift mode, automatic mode and sport mode.

Useful?

Pros: Wonderful style, but fit finish could use improvement. Hand built car thus quality control can be better.

Cons: Little nagging issues that are easily fixed with dealer / warranty, just the inconvenient. Parts take time to arrive.

Overall review: Can be used as a daily driver and performs very well (engine, handling). Minor fit and finish issues are inconvenient, but fixable. Lack of dealer network may require long drives for service and parts have to be ordered from UK which takes time.
