Acura TSX 4-Cylindar Auto Review by Al on 08/01/2011. Trim: 2011 Acura TSX 5-Spd AT w/Tech Pkg, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: - bang for the buck - refined - reliable - standard options - Great handling potential with better tires
Cons: - loud factory tires w/little grip - numb steering - questionable front styling - busy interior
Overall review: This car is very reliable and the most of affordable of the pack. While the price of the vehicle is very competitive it does come at a cost (no pun intended). The TSX lacks the premium feel that other vehicles resonate in its class; however it does come just as well equipped for less. The ELS sound system available with the tech package is the best sounding stereo in its class and the navigation system is nice and easy to operate. The interior material quality is on par but it’s ruined by countless number of buttons and knobs. Dynamically, this vehicle is equipped with a refined powertrain and responsive transmission. It corners pleasantly without drama, yet its numb electric steering makes overall driving experience lifeless. As for a daily cruiser, the car is easy to drive around town with good overall visibility, quiet highway cruising and good gas mileage. All TSX models however require premium gas and factory tires are louder than expected on concrete and coarse pavement.
