The 2010 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class remains primarily unchanged for the new model year following its styling refresh in 2009. The CLS continues to be available as either the CLS550 or CLS63 AMG that features one of the most powerful naturally-aspirated V8s available, producing 507 horsepower. Upgrades to the 2010 CLS include a new steering wheel covered in premium leather and a new monitoring system that shows individual tire pressures. The 2010 CLS63 AMG can be ordered with an optional Performance Package that allows a top speed of 186 mph instead of the usual 155-mph speed limiter. The package also includes an AMG track-calibrated Airmatic sport suspension with stiffer spring rates, 19-inch forged alloy wheels, larger front discs (15.4-inch diameter), a limited-slip rear differential and a leather / Alcantara-wrapped AMG sport steering wheel.
