SUV or sports car for the snow?

Pros:
Sports car like performance; super quiet and smooth ride; fantastic acceleration & handling; greatly improved iDrive
Cons:
Like everyone says the rear visibility IS bad. Everyone also say to get the camera but I just turned in an X5 with the camera and it didn't work 75% of the time (too dark or fogged up). I think the sensors are fine. The seats are FIRM so if you are looking for a cushy ride this might not be the vehicle for you. It's not cheap!
Overall review:
I just (i.e. yesterday) got this vehicle. I looked at a Range Rover Sport, Mercedes ML, Acura MDX and Audi Q5. The X6 is amazing - it's more like a sports car than a SUV (my dry/warm weather car is a C6 Corvette). It is really quiet (maybe too quiet) and smooth as 80 MPH seems like nothing (do set that speed warning!) I have not yet tried it in the snow but with the new Xdrive system it's supposed to be good. The X6 was not originally on my list but if you don't need a lot of space you need to try it out. Note - I also test drove the 5.0 version and it's fantastic, too but unless you have that extra $11K burning a hole in your pocket the 3.5 will be adequate!
