2008 Volkswagen R32

The 2008 Volkswagen R32 is powered by a 250-horsepower 3.2-liter VR6, the R32 produces 236 lb-ft of torque and mated to a DSG transmission. It comes with a standard 4MOTION all-wheel-drive system and the fully independent multilink rear suspension sits wider and lower than its GTI sibling. The exterior is styled with a uniquely shaped front grille, a rear roof spoiler and deep front spoiler, R32 badging, bi-xenon headlights, twin chrome exhausts and 18-inch alloy wheels and body-colored bumpers, door handles and door mirrors. On the inside, the high-performance hatchback has aluminum-look foot pedals, deep front sport seats and a number of standard equipment including rain sensors, an automatic dimming rear-view mirror and a ten-speaker premium CD stereo system. The R32 features a number of safety features including Electronic Stabilization Program, Anti-Lock Braking System, Brake Assist and Electronic Brake-pressure Distribution.
