2008 Toyota Sequoia

The all-new second-generation 2008 Toyota Sequoia features a new exterior design, new interior, new chassis and an available new 5.7-liter V8 engine that produces 381 horsepower and 401 lb-ft of torque. A 5-speed automatic Electronically Controlled Transmission (ECT) is combined with the 276-horsepower 4.7-liter engine and a new 6-speed ECT is matched with the 5.7-liter engine. Standard equipment for SR5 and Limited includes side curtain airbags with rollover sensor, Toyota’s STAR Safety System, seating for eight, fold-flat second- and third-row seats, tri-zone air conditioning. The Limited adds front and rear parking sonar, heated leather-trimmed seats, Optitron gauges and JBL Synthesis audio system. The Platinum includes the 5.7-liter engine, 20-inch alloy wheels, rear load-leveling air suspension, heated and air-conditioned front seats second-row heated seats, rear spoiler, power rear door, sunroof, headlamp cleaner and navigation system with a backup camera.
