New for 2008 Jaguar X-TYPE

The 2008 Jaguar X-TYPE features standard 10-way power driver’s seat, 10-way power front passenger seat, message center/trip computer, and automatic headlights. The Belize Luxury Package include leather-trimmed seats with contrast piping, bright mirror caps, rear treadplates, Burl Walnut veneers, Reverse Park Control, a wood/leather-trimmed steering wheel and 17-inch Belize-style wheels. The Aruba Luxury Package includes the same features with 18-inch Aruba-style wheels.

Short Take

This entry-level Jag comes with standard all-wheel drive and a 3.0-liter, V6 engine. It targets the Audi A4 and BMW 3 Series but lacks their refinement and driving enjoyment. Stability control is standard for 2007. The X-Type has been discontinued with the introduction of the XF.
