The 2007 Toyota Tundra receives a makeover featuring powerful exterior styling with a thicker body, taller doors and bold fender flares to add to the aggressive stance. Available in base, SR5 and Limited trims, the Tundra has new features including a segment first reclining and sliding rear seat on the CrewMax, lockable and removable tailgates, an optional rearview camera integrated into the tailgate handle, new ventilation system, jointless wipers and a center console that’s so big that it can hold a laptop. Standard safety features include stability control, traction control, rear Automatic Limited-Slip Differential, Vehicle Stability Control and four-wheel ventilated disc brake system featuring four-wheel ABS with Electronic Brake Force Distribution and Brake Assist. The Tundra is the first full-size pickup with standard front-seat side and roll-sensing side-curtain airbags and height-adjustable, lockable head restraints for every seat. Powering the Tundra is a 4.0-liter V6 or a 271-horsepower 4.7-liter iForce V8 from the previous Tundra and an optional 5.7-liter iForce V8 that produces 401 lb-ft of torque.

Tundra 4Life by JP on 02/20/2009. Trim: 2007 Toyota Tundra SR5 Crew Max 4X4, Owned 2 years.

Pros: You feel safe in this truck. Lots of power with the 4.7 without having to get the large 5.7 which may be to much for this truck. Still the 4.7 will light the tires, pull a large trailer, and get you through deep snow...Plan on owning this truck for years...
Cons: Trac control kicks in to much but you can turn it off if needed. Better rims and running bars would be nice on the lesser models.
Overall review: Great truck and great buy...Once you go Tundra you never go back!!!
