2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid

The 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid is powered by Toyota’s Hybrid Synergy Drive which combines a gasoline engine and an electric motor to produce a combined 187 horsepower. The gasoline engine is a 147-horsepower 2.4-liter four-cylinder 2AZ-FXE Atkinson-cycle engine coupled to a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The Hybrid Synergy Drive also includes a small electric drive motor that produces 45 horsepower, an ultra-small inverter, a compact battery and a transaxle. Standard equipment for Camry Hybrid includes tire-pressure-monitoring system, premium JBL audio system with an auxiliary audio jack and Bluetooth technology, a tilt and telescopic steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, 8-way power driver's seat, 16-inch aluminum wheels, and heated outside mirrors. Air-conditioning and power steering are electric rather than powered by the engine.
