The 2007 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Wagon receives new styling featuring a more aggressive front bumper, lower air dam, restyled front grille and headlights, more aerodynamic side mirrors, and redesigned rear bumper and taillights. The interior is fitted with a new steering wheel and shift lever, revised layout for automatic control, and four new interior colors. New standard equipment includes a glass sunroof, power tailgate, six-disc CD changer and Harman/Kardon Logic 7 ™ premium audio system. The E63 AMG replaces the E55 AMG featuring a 6.3-liter naturally aspirated V8 that produces 507 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. All models receive the Mercedes-Benz PRE-SAFE safety system that takes protective measures before a crash to minimize injuries.
