The 2007 Ford Expedition is redesigned with an all-new look with design cues from the best-selling F-Series pickup truck featuring the prominent three-bar grille for the raised powerdome hood and new dual-beam headlights featuring Ford’s step-up design. The Expedition is built on an all-new chassis riding on a new independent front and rear suspension and powered by a 300-horsepower 5.4-liter Triton V8 engine that is mated to a new standard six-speed automatic transmission. The interior is fitted with redesigned seats for better comfort, an optional power-folding third-row seat, a new power liftgate, a new climate control system, a new DVD-based navigation system, and better insulation for a quieter ride. The Expedition is also offered in a new extended EL trim with a longer wheelbase and more cargo-carrying capacity.

Great Truck by Shakee from Virginia on 05/30/2012. Trim: 2007 Ford Expedition Limited 4X4, Owned 5 years.

Pros: I think some of the best attributes of my Ford Expedition are the styling, gas mileage, acceleration. And on top of that, it is extremely low maintenance. It always provide a smooth comfortable noise free ride regardless of road conditions.
Cons: The only problem that i ever had was the rear hatch seal would leak several drips of water if i drove through a high pressure car wash even though I had the dealer replace the seal.
Overall review: I would definitely recommend this vehicle to friends and family. I have owned Ford vehicles ( three Explorers and this Expedition) for the past 15 years and have never had any major maintenance issues with them.
