2006 Saturn Ion

The 2006 Saturn Ion receives a redesigned center console, new fabric in the Ion 3, a new family of radios with auxiliary input jack for portable audio players and OnStar Dual-mode hardware with one year Safe & Sound service. Optional for the Ion 3 is an Enhanced Performance Package featuring a 170-horsepower 2.4-liter I4 engine with variable valve timing (VVT), sport-tuned suspension, traction control and ABS. The Red Line receives refreshed 17-inch alloy wheels and the Ion 3 gets new machined five-spoke alloy wheels for 2006. New exterior colors are Cypress Green and Golden Cashmere for the Ion 2 and Ion 3 sedans, and Fusion Orange for the quad coupes.
