Trim: 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Coupe, Owned 1 year.

Pros:
Styling is wonderful! I have black onyx with black interior. Certainly gets the stares. Great stereo (I usually listen to live Pink Floyd CDs) when I am not hearing the great exhaust sound. Grips the road like glue, is comfortable (I am 6'0 / 190) and is pretty much what I hoped for.
Cons:
Build quality : despite QA help from Ford, I have had the car in the dealership 3 times already. Twice for "Emission Control Warning Light" coming on, and twice for squeeky brakes. I was even told that the brake squeal was a "characteristic" of the AMV8!! I hastled AM UK who confessed it was a problem, they have a temporary fix - this was applied 3 months ago : so far, so good. The hatch back is noisy in hot weather (which is most days here in Florida) - seems like an expansion / contraction problem but the dealer cannot find anything wrong <sigh>
