Still great performance at 190,000 miles by MDXer for Life on 06/29/2012. Trim: 2003 Acura MDX Touring w/ Rear DVD System, Owned 9 years.

Pros: Original owner and currently have 190,000 miles on it. Everything still works perfectly on this vehicle - every guage, every switch, every latch, etc. Have followed the maintenance schedule and never had any problems. Have heard about transmission problems with MDX but I did not experience that. Great ride and interior is very comfortable. Initial sticker shock was scary but history has shown this was a great value.

Cons: Requirement for high octaine gas (although, this may have played a part in the longevity and no maintenance problems - not sure).

Overall review: Absolutely the best vehicle I have ever owned and still running strong at 190,000 miles. I see no reason why it won't last until 250,000 or more. You can't go wrong buying an Acura.
