What's New

For 2002, the standard 2.7-liter V6 engine increases in horsepower to 183 from the previous 170, and torque is raised to 180 from 178 foot-pounds. An anti-lock brake system (ABS) is now available as an option on Standard and Plus models, and the 4WD Limited gets a flat-load cargo floor, new seat upholstery and optional heated seats. Twenty-four-hour emergency roadside service is offered on all models.

Suziki forever by An MSN Autos Consumer on 12/29/2009. Trim: 2002 Suzuki XL-7 Limited 4WD, Owned 7 years.

Pros: We bought this vehicle for the ability to drive people around, as I am a Realtor, I went from an Expedition to this and never looked back, gas mileage is still good with over 100,000 miles, one of the main features we were also looking for was the ability to tow this car with 4 wheels on the ground, behind our motor home, and it does not clock those miles. Still driving it.

Cons: Back seat is a little tight, but just pull up the front and it is fine and I am 6 ft.

Overall review: Willl hope to replace it with a new model when the time comes!!!
