Las Vegas Lemon 2002 Q45 by Disgruntled in Las Vegas but still fighting the system on 03/16/2005. Trim: 2002 Infiniti Q45, Owned 3 years.

Pros: Style & comfort

Cons: I have had nothing but transmission problems with this car since I drove it off the lot over 3 years ago. I took it back to the dealership within weeks of purchasing it and the dealership has never been able to correct the problem. They even had Infiniti people down to look at my car & still nothing. I have had 3 transmissions in my car since I purchased it, which proves they know there is a problem but I have worse transmission slippage today than the first time I took it in for them to look at. I even lost a transmission out of the car driving 75 miles per hour on the freeway in rush-hour travel. They only tell me it is a "character flaw" on that model.

Overall review: I would NEVER purchase another Infiniti due to their lack of concern with my issue nor recommend it to others. I asked for a new replacement car from Infiniti immediately after I realized they weren't going to be able to fix it & Infiniti refused.
