Dodge is getting better

Trim: 2001 Dodge Intrepid SE, Owned less than 1 year.
2
Pros:
1)Handling
2)Smooth Ride
3)Ergonomics
4)Lots of Room
5)Overall Reliability
6)Good Climate Control
7)Rattle Free
Cons:
1)Acceleration (2.7 L)
2)Cheap power window regulators (Window has tendency to
come off track)
3)Gas mileage not that great for 2.7L
4)Depreciation is terrible. Don't buy new. I bought a 2001 SE from
my employer for $5400 which was way below loan value. They
depreciate about 40% per year. If you buy new, prepare to be
upside down from day one, even with 20% down.
4)The eerie feeling that sometime this thing has to break down
because it's a Dodge...but maybe not...83500 miles so far, no
major problems!
Overall review:
I bought mine way below loan value and was planning to resell it and make money. However, I was impressed so much with it's ride/comfort that I decided to keep it a while and see how it does. I usually buy foreign but have been rather impressed with the handling of this vehicle. I love the interior as it blows away foreign cars in space and ergonomics.
