Pros:
I'm writing this for the 1999 base 3.8L V6 being that I can't update my original review. MSN needs to work on being able to update your original stuff. Anyway, the Firebird has awesome styling and has pretty good pep for a V6. It looks faster than it is, but the base lacks in power. If I were Pontiac, I would've made the base at least 250 or even 300hp. If a car is going to look that good, it should have alot more power under the hood!
Cons:
The base 3.8L V6 only maxes out at around 119mph top speed. That's pretty weak. The base should've had more power for a sports car... at least 250hp. 200hp with 225 lb/ft torque is very weak for a base sports car.
Overall review:
A nice looking car with some pep but needs more power. Electronic issues also like the stereo system and headlights. I understand it's American made, but it could've/should've been better.
