Pros:
This car Has been surprisingly reliable. It went 98,000 miles before the timing belt went out and other than that it ran perfect. It handles well for its class and it esay to drive. Gets decent gas milage but with a asmall tank you still have to refill a lot. Its unique to say the least in styling and name
Cons:
exterior-the paint has begun to peel on the trunk and hood. Plastic pieces are fading and discoloring. The windshield sprayers are weak and squirt like a toy water gun. Engine-the thermostat housing cracked along the seam and sprayed radiator fluid all over the engine(had to replace $100). When the AC is on it has as much power as a go-kart. Runs rough usually. Randomly the transmition jerks and once didn't shift. Interior-cheap. Nothing is metal..all plastic. All plastic discolors. CD player buttons stick and loose their faces leaving blank buttons. The window controls for the front are in the middle. The doors close like a cheap car. Seats faded already. No cruise control. bad cup holders
Overall review:
My dad bought this car because he had $10,000 to spend on a car....it turned out to have little things that really become annoying. Its a car and thats about what you get. While it was in the shop, we rented a Nissan sentra....just sitting in that car felt like it was classier and better quality. If you are looking for a cheap car that look no further, this is it. We have the SX and i wish there was more to it but that was it.
