Great Pre-Owned Value by Alex, Iowa on 01/06/2010. Trim: 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS, Owned 4 years.

Pros: Excellent bang for the buck, especially as a pre-owned. Definately performs above what one would expect given the pricetag today. Had some minor mechanical problems, but I purchased mine with high miles (130,000) and it lasted a long time (40,000) before anything came up. The problems were minor, i fixed them on my own (cheap repairs!) with no previous car experience and simple instructions and tips found online. Fair price, easy and cheap to improve on your own. I've done a lot of fun projects with mine, learned a lot.

Cons: Selling it seems like a big loss, the sell value is lower than the worth. Definately a buyer's car. City milage v.s. highway is rediculous, i'm happy i do mostly highway driving.

Overall review: I would definately recommend this car. When i got it, i just wanted to pay it off and trade up. Now i'm serious about keeping and caring for this car. She's my "brown sugar"
