It does the job

Pros:
I use my 1997 RAV for hunting and take it into some really rough areas.
It handles well in mud snow loose gravel and shallow riverbeds.
100% reliable and with the seats folded in the rear I can pack a heap of hunting gear.
For its size and strength its a beauty.

Seat belts not springing back

For its size and strength nothing comes near it.
After all It is a Toyota.
