Pros:
Not much to add to the PROs list besides the dealer must realize that this POS truck in not worth the $$$ spent so they put extra effort into serviceing the customer to ensure they have repeat buyers. This truck has had the worst quaility out of any American car I have owned. And you wonder why foreign ares that are more expensive contiune to be the most purchased car. No one wants a vehicle that is in the shop more than it is on the road.
Cons:
Buying this SUV new, this '96 with only 78K miles on it has had the following 'repairs': Transmission replaced, alternator, fuel pump, water pump, radiator, A/C compressor, batterie (3 times), turn signal switch, fuel injectors ( 3 ), driver seat stitching replaced, both side mirrors replaced. And since GM will only warranty their fine autos for 36K I have had to pay for all of the repairs at pleasant ring of $4,300. Nice!
Overall review:
I will never purchase another GM car / truck or anything they produce. It really is sad that as Americans we can not manufacture more reliable and quailty autos. I can not wait to get rid of this POS.
If you are in the market for purchaing a used SUV take this one off your list immediately.
