Excelent Truck for what it is
by The Backwoods Redneck on 10/26/2008.
Trim: 1994 Chevrolet C/K 3500 Crew Cab 2WD, Owned less than 1 year.
1
Pros:
Nice, Roomy, and lots of power for towing. This truck came from the factory with a 454 engine under the hood and gets better fuel milage than a lot of the 454 engine out there. It is a SRW (SINGLE REAR WHEEL) and not a DRW (DUAL REAR WHEEL)
Cons:
Other than not having running board / Step boards, I have not seen any.
Overall review:
I have owned 2 other 1994 Chevrolet trucks a long time ago, and this one is like the others that I have owned. The ride is great, plenty of room to climb in and out of the truck. Had to do a little repair work to get this truck running 100% (Right Rear Tail Light was not working - Bad bulb board). It has the original 454 engine installed that it came with from the factory and has the Automatic Transmission. This truck has the bigger brakes installed on it (Not the 2 1/2 inch, but the 3 1/2 inch for stopping power) and stops really quickly. Tows like a champ and I would recommend people to buy this vehicle.
