Very High Repair Costs by John from California on 12/28/2009. Trim: 1990 Volkswagen Passat GL, Owned more than 10 years.

Pros: Fairly spacious car and carries a lot of stuff with the fold-down seats.
Cons: Frequent and expensive repair bills.
Overall review: This is definitely the worst car I've ever owned. Major repair bills every year. Completely unreliable and breaks down on a regular basis. Terrible and costly decision to buy this car.
