1988 Lincoln Mark VII LSC by Mark8LSC on 12/19/2004. Trim: 1988 Lincoln Mark VII LSC, Owned more than 10 years.
Pros: This is an excellent vehicle, well engineered for performance, comfort & luxury. Standard 5.0L HO 225 HP V-8 engine (same as in the Mustang 5.0) offers smooth hassle-free acceleration and awsome passing power. Electronic Air Ride Control helps keep the car level and it handles great for being as big as it is. Luxury appointments are aboundant inside including a computer information center.
Cons: You pay the price at the gas pumps for the thirsty V-8 power!
Overall review: I would absolutely purchase another one in a heartbeat! Just make sure to look for common problem areas: Electronic Air Ride Control can be troublesome if the compressor or air bags go bad; this would cause the car to not level itself and look horrible. Leather interior is another problem area if not taken care of; cracks and tears are common.
