Trim: 2012 Toyota Prius V Three, Owned 1 year.

Pros:
Ease of driver controls. The hybrid features make it very quiet and responsive. Oil consumption is nearly zero, with simple checking and filling provisions. Rear visibility in the V is better than earlier models (I have had three since 1902). Access to front and rear seats is excellent. General performance is superb. Mileage has averaged 45,3 for 6000 miles so far. careful use of gas pedal and speed can result in sessions up in the 48-52 mpg range.
Cons:
None
Overall review:
Top of the line transportation at a reduce operating cost. Excellent mileage above 45 MPG whicn can be increased by careful use of gas pedal and brakes provides high class economic transportation. I have had four Prius vehicles since 2002 and found the performance and reliability EXCELLENT . The V has a slightly different appearance with the small rear window removed. The car performance has been essentially the same. The V is somewhat more appealing in general appearnce with the new rear window area. Extra mantenance costs for the V and three prior models has been ZERO. Standard dealer mlleage checks and gas/oil have been the only costs involved. During more than 100,000 miles of total Prius ownership my extra maintenace cost and write ups have been ZERO.
