The Nissan Sentra is fully redesigned for 2013, riding on an all-new platform and featuring a newly designed exterior, a roomier interior, upscale electronics and improved fuel efficiency. Sentra's all-new exterior is modern and refined, and adopts Nissan's signature trapezoid-shaped grille and large wraparound headlights with LED accents. In the rear, LED taillights are also standard. The interior design uses materials not usually found in compact vehicles, including soft-touch instrument panel and door armrests, available leather-appointed seating and available maple wood-tone trim. Along with offering midsize roominess in a compact-size exterior, the intuitive interior layout emphasizes driver control and improved seat comfort for all occupants and offers a full complement of telemetrics, including Bluetooth, Pandora and a large 5.8-inch touch-screen display. The 2013 Sentra is 150 pounds lighter than the outgoing model and uses a new, more fuel-efficient 1.8-liter 4-cylinder engine coupled to a next-generation Xtronic continuously variable transmission for EPA ratings of 34 mpg combined.

Pros: I leased a 2010 Sentra SR and was very pleased with it and now I have leased the 2013 Sentra SR and am absolutely thrilled with the changes made with this vehicle. The styling changes, refinements and the overall look are phenomenol.
Cons: There is nothing that I dislike about it.
Overall review: The 2010 Sentra gave me 26 miles per gallon in town and 40.2 miles per gallon on the highway with superior handling. The 2013 has given me 30.5 mpg in city and have not taken a highway tally as of yet.
