2008 Hummer H3

The H3 Alpha is added to the lineup for 2008 featuring a 300-horsepower 5.3-liter V8 engine that delivers 320 lb-ft of torque with a maximum towing capacity of 6,000 lbs. Sharing much of the interior equipment with the regular H3, the H3 Alpha also receives new child safety locks for the rear doors and relocated power window switches. The exterior is unique and a number of accessories available straight from the factory including bright roof crossbars, body-color grille and chrome fuel door. A number of safety equipment are now standard for the entire H3 lineup including electronic stability control system, four-wheel anti-lock brakes with traction control, dual front airbags with Passenger Sensing System, tire-pressure-monitoring system and LATCH rear child seat anchors.
