Pros:
Excellent performance, comfort, handling. Get the 3.8 liter engine and tow package. I had a 2002 Caravan that had neither and the driving experience was clearly inferior.
Cons:
A bit more cargo room behind the third seat. Wish the second row windows rolled down. Some minor repairs over the years. The worst was a broken valve spring going up a steep grade at 75 miles per hour and sustained 5000 rpm on the tach at 125,000 miles. I guess I kind of deserved it.
Overall review:
This is the best auto I have ever owned. All wheel drive provides great snow handling. The towing package firms up the ride and handling compared to the models without tow package. The 3.8 liter engine provides a noticeably improved driving experience over the 3.3 liter. The dark blue leather interior looks new after 8 years. I have driven this vehicle hard, but have taken care to maintain it well. Regular synthetic oil changes and transmission services. Synthetic oil has increased the power and performance of the engine and made it run more quietly. It has 130,000 on it and I hope to take it to at least 200,000.
