THE WORST PIECE OF CRAP EVER MADE by Tweety in Beverly, Masschusetts on 06/16/2003. Trim: 1998 Chevrolet Malibu Base, Owned 3 years.

Pros: The pick-up that the car has when accelarating. It has a nice comfortable interior

Cons: The brake system, the air conditioner, wheel bearing, JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT WAS NOT MENTIONED ABOVE!

Overall review: I have had this car for 2 years! In the past 9 months I have put over $3,000 in this car. At first it was the brakes ($250), then it was the water pump($225), the intake gasket and the cam censor ($1800), wheel bearing - both front ones ($600), now the brakes are squeaking again...now it is going to cost about $500 because both front and rear brakes are completely GONE! The car needs new tires after one year of getting brand new tires. The airconditioner/heat only works on the 3-5 settings. The ABS light comes on and off. The check engine light seems to always be on! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR TO ANYONE! If I could get rid of it I would....but I still owe $8000 on it! Which is pathetic because it isn't even worth that much!!!! My only wish is that someone hits me so hard that the car gets totalled.....as long as I am safe who cares about the F*&^ING car.
